♦ to advocate for kids and families who have not achieved success in traditional public schools.
♦ to enhance the work of schools and school systems in the U.S. and internationally to improve the academic, social, and economic possibilities for students.

The vision of Distinctive Schools is to increase the number of high-achieving charter schools, creating more opportunities for children from low-income families to succeed in school, in college and in life. Distinctive Schools is committed to closing access and achievement gaps.
