On Saturday, April 12, from 10:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m., come together with the CICS Irving Park (3820 N. Spaulding Ave.) community for a day of creativity, connection, and celebration! Join us for a free event filled with exciting activities for the whole family:
🎨 Make Your Mark on a Community Mural! Partner with The Simple Good to create a mural that will be proudly displayed at CICS Irving Park.
🏓 Family Pickleball – Friendly matches for all ages!
🎭 Face Painting & Fun – Bounce house, popcorn, and more!
☕ Light Breakfast & Coffee – Enjoy snacks while you connect with neighbors, friends, and families!
As part of the Bill of Writes Storytellers (BOWS) initiative—a partnership with the University of South Florida made possible through a grant from the U.S. Department of Education—this event showcases how arts and advocacy inspire our CICS Irving Park students to reflect their character, values, and voice within their communities.
This is more than a day of fun—it’s a celebration of our strong, vibrant, and diverse community. Let’s create something meaningful together!
