Hello DCP- Redford Families,
March is Reading Month and Women’s History Month! We are so excited to have our March Spirit Week and many activities planned for our students! WIth all the great things that we have planned this month and the months to come, we want to make sure that families and students are aware that Behavior and Attendance count! We want our students in school and on task everyday. Activities are a great way to incentivize students for showing PRIDE in our building! We thank you for being a partner in this important work!

Car Seat Safety Check

Beaumont Community Health is offering car seat checks to ensure your seat is installed safely. Certified child passenger safety technicians will be available to provide car seat education and instruction and to verify proper car seat installation.
Please bring any car seat and vehicle manuals you have access to. If your infant/toddler will be with you, bringing a stroller may be helpful.
Checks take place at George Matick Chevrolet, 14001 Telegraph Road. Scheduled dates for this year are:

School Updates
Muffins with Mom was Feb. 27th and it was a huge success!! Moms, grandmas, aunts, Godmothers, and cousins all showed up to have pastries with our students! We are so thankful to have the support from each and every one of you! Here are a few pics from the event!

Recruitment/Strategy Updates
Intent to Returns for the 2023-2024 school year will be going out soon! Pre-register your student(s) and secure their seat! Volunteers will be needed for recruitment activities. Call the office if you would like to volunteer.
